Ralph Lauren Birthday Shirt Cake

Over this weekend my family celebrated my grandpas 67th birthday. I wanted to make him a cake that had a meaning behind, I cake up with the Tom Bagnall shirt cake. My grandpa, Tom, always wears these certain types of shirts, well.. polo shirts, and because he wears these shirts so much, my family calls them the, "Tom Bagnall" shirt.

So that is exactly what I made... a, "Tom Bagnall" shirt cake, but I had to make the cake special, so I got a Ralph Lauren shirt, and copied the shirt into a cake.

Happy Mothers Day

Happy Mothers Day to all of the beautiful mothers out there <3

This year for Mothers Day I wanted to make my mom a special cake, and not just the usual heart and flowers kind of cake. A cake with a special meaning to it, and a cake that she will never forget.

Adding pictures to a cake takes you back to those special memories and moments you had with that person. So for my mom I wanted to capture it all :) In the click of a camera and prints out a snap shot.

My mommie and I <3

These are photos of my mom and I, my sister and I, and my mom, sister, back in the day <3
Happy Mothers Day Mommie, I love you with all of my heart <3

Team Umizoomi

2, 4, 6, 8, lets do the crazy shake, shake your hands high and low, lets go....
Team Umizoomi way to go
My cousins 4th birthday was comming up and I had to make him a special cake, well I make everyone a special cake, but I had to make him a EXTRA special cake because he just had surgery done and had his birthday party almost a month later.
I was told for this little cutie cousin of mine that he wanted a TEAM UMIZOOMI cake, but I couldnt just make it any cake, I wanted to add something special to it.
So I decided to put a special suprise in the inside of the cake....
but before I reveal the suprise, let me tell you about the cake
I made a yellow cake, filled and frosted in buttercream, I had fondant shapes and numbers around the cake, and hand painted gumpaste Team Umizoomi plaques of the characters on top of the cake with balloons....and here is the cake...

And my gumpaste figures and balloons
